RURAL IDAHO COUNTY: Neil Kenneth Sanders, Sr., 78, of the Riggins area, died February 19, 2009, at his rural ranch home, 30 miles east of Riggins. His body was discovered on May 9, 2009, with his dog, Wolf, deceased, laying next to him.
