Hazel May Hill, 89
GRANGEVILLE: Hazel May Hill, born Hazel May Brustad on August 14, 1916 in Columbia Township, Polk County, Minnesota passed away August 31, 2005 at the Grangeville Health and Rehabilitation Center in Grangeville, Idaho. She was 89 years old.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Dean and Ellen Hoiland of Grangeville; 5 daughters and spouses, Gail and Lloyd Wiemers, Iris Hoiland, Linda and Ken Smith, Betty and Stan Stiener and Donna and David Ward, all of Rathdrum, Idaho; one sister, Annie Nyaard of Buxton, North Dakota; a brother, Alex Brustad of Erskine, Minnesota; step sons Art, Jack and Lavern Hill; step daughter Hazel Amunrud of Spokane, WA.; 17 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 1 great-great granddaughter, numerous step grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Hazel was preceded in death by 2 sons, Owen and John; 1 grandson, Wessley Wiemers; one great granddaughter, Jessica Haller; 3 brothers, Joseph, Morris and Larry Brustad; 3 sisters, Martha Maag, Carrie Hoiland and Julia Hovet; 2 husbands, Palmer Hoiland and John Hill.
Memorial services will be held September 17, 2005, at 1:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness in Grangeville, Idaho and on September 23 at 3:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall in Rathdrum, Idaho, Highway 41 and Bokel Road.
