Una Mae Kelly, 82

Una Mae Kelly, 82, of Grangeville, passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2008, at the Grangeville Health and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born August 23, 1925 at Marshall, Arkansas, a daughter of Walter and Cleara Flowers Holsted. She attended school in Marshall. She married Mervin Kelly on Feb. 10, 1950, in Marshall. Shortly after their marriage they moved to Ontario, Oregon, and then in the early 1960’s, they moved to Grangeville, Idaho where Mervin was employed at the local saw mill. Mr. Kelly passed away in 1988.

Una Mae was a homemaker and loved to crochet. She was a member of the Grangeville Christian Church and enjoyed attending bible studies while living at Grangeville Health and Rehabilitation Center.

She is survived by two daughters, Debra Alm of Grangeville, and Linda and husband Rick Williams of Lewiston; a grandson, Don Alm, of Grangeville; a former son-in-law, David Alm, of Grangeville; a sister, Virginia Snow of Marshall, Arkansas; and a brother, Radius “Bill” Holsted of Arkansas. In addition to her husband, her parents and several brothers and sisters died earlier.

Services will be held Monday, May 5, 2008, at 10:00 a.m., at the Blackmer Funeral Home in Grangeville. Pastor Harold Gott of the Grangeville Christian Church will officiate. Burial will follow at Prairie View Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Blackmer Funeral Home.
